Early Byrd Services ("we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information You Provide

We do not collect or store any personal information. All information described below is provided voluntarily by you by filling out and submitting the fields on our Service Intake form, which may include:

• Full name
• Email address (optional)
• Phone number (optional)
• Property address
• Requested service and timeline
• A description of the work requested

Submitting a form on this site sends the information you enter to our email inbox for the sole purpose of responding to your request. Email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Sending, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission comes from a person rather than automated software. Your name, email address, phone number and property address are not saved to a database. When you book an appointment, our database (Cloudflare D1) records only the booking slot, the requested service, the booking status and a private cancellation code; it holds no name, email address, phone number or address.

Third Parties That May Collect Data

We collect personal information only from what you choose to submit through our forms. The following third parties may also receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, when you use the site:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this site, delivers form email (Email Sending), provides Turnstile spam protection, and stores booking records (D1).
• Google Maps Platform, which provides address suggestions as you type in the property address field on the service request and booking forms (it receives what you type directly from your browser) and displays the map on the Contact page.

Do Not Track

We do not track you across other websites and do not use advertising trackers. Because we do not engage in that kind of tracking, we do not change how the site works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit solely to evaluate your service request, respond to your inquiry, and, where you engage us, to schedule and perform the requested property maintenance services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond responding to your request.

Your Choices

You may decline to fill out any optional field on the intake form; declining certain fields may limit our ability to respond to your request. Because we do not retain your name, email address, phone number or address beyond the email a form generates, there is no stored record of them for us to provide or delete on request.

Limitation of Liability

By submitting information through this site's forms, you agree that, to the extent permitted by law, Early Byrd Services is not liable for any issues arising from the information you chose to share.
